• Account data: Email address, password (hashed), and account role.
• Athlete profile data: Name, date of birth, sport, position, team, division, height, city, state/province, country, photos, and videos.
• Usage data: Profile views, QR code scans, and video plays — used to provide analytics to profile owners.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage athlete profiles on the platform.
• To provide coaches and scouts with access to public athlete profiles.
• To display analytics to parents about their athlete's profile activity.
• To communicate important platform updates or account notifications.

3. Who Can See Your Data

• Public profiles: Viewable by all registered users including coaches and scouts.
• Private profiles: Only viewable by the profile owner (parent/guardian).
• Evaluations: Only visible to the evaluating coach/scout and the athlete's parent.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

5. Children's Privacy

Athlete profiles may contain data belonging to minors. This data is managed exclusively by the parent or guardian who owns the account. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13. Parents are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their child's profile.

6. Your Rights

• You may update or delete your athlete profiles at any time.
• You may set a profile to private to restrict visibility.
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
